Yin Yoga w/ Becca

While I was studying and practicing for my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training I fell in love with restorative yogic practices. I loved this idea of coming into this stillness and really giving your body time to move into each pose. Personally, it challenges my mind and body in ways that oppose my day to day routine.


It is a practice of stillness that allows us to retreat within ourselves and really connect with our bodies in such a beautiful and gentle way.
